Licensure in Other States
Many states or jurisdictions where graduates may choose to practice acupuncture have their own specific laws, regulations, and licensing processes. Students should be aware that acupuncture is an evolving profession, and licensing requirements are subject to change. While the College is not responsible for ensuring students meet the legal requirements in every state, we are available to help students understand individual state licensure guidelines. A table below outlines the College’s assessment of each state’s licensing requirements.
